(Update 3rd February: this link is to their latest additions. Since I placed it here the site has moved the contents which had a "January 2008" header into the main sounds area. The "January" sounds included various guitar sounds plus the solo violin sound. At 3rd Feb there are no "February" sounds yet. Possibly this link may be valid for new sounds each month!)

The first OAS-7.1 R44 Wersi Manuals in English are now available to download from the Wersi Direct website. Wersi Direct is to be congratulated on providing this service completely free of charge, something which many Wersi owners have been seeking. There are further manuals to follow later.

Wersi Direct has produced a new Total Presets Package called “Orchestra and Choir Registrations” which is now available for purchase. You can read about that on their site. There are demonstration mp3 files of some of the Registrations. There are also demonstration mp3 files of Franz-Lambert-2 and Styles 2011.

Music Store has announced that upgrades to OAS-7 from OAS-6 and below will no longer be available from mid-2011.  There is an announcement about this on the Wersi Direct website.  Anyone who has been thinking about such an upgrade would therefore need to make a decision now or it could be too late.  Such an upgrade is available from your local Wersi agent; in the UK that is either Wersi UK (nearer the north of the UK) or Wersi Direct (nearer the south of the UK) and in the USA it is Wersi-USA.  Contact details are in “The Wersi Room”
